Former Hino Senior Vice President Joins Utility Fleet Team
Bryan, TX – Effective April 1, 2013, Dominick “Nick” Vermet has been appointed to the position of Vice President – Sales & Operations at Utility Fleet Sales. Utility Fleet is a global supplier of bucket trucks, digger derricks, pressure diggers, and related equipment.
Vermet’s career spans over 30 years in the Medium and Heavy Duty Truck industry and related fields. Prior to joining Utility Fleet, he has held many senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Hino Trucks – A Toyota Group Company, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Stewart & Stevenson, Senior Vice President of Detroit Diesel Corp., and President of DAVCO Technology. Vermet’s most recent role was with MHC Kenworth in Dallas, Texas. In his new role with Utility Fleet, Vermet will lead the Sales Division, and be responsible for continued expansion of Utility Fleet’s Remanufacturing Operations.
